Very dissastified with Dr Hall. He did not listen. He could not answer questions regarding a test I had done. He actually said to me that he didnt know because he was not there when test was performed. So basically the test I had done was a waste of time and waste if money. He did no physical exam. He was very rude and acted like he would have preferred to be anywhere else in the world instead of talking with his paying patient.

I have gone to Dr. Hall for about 10 years and he is a very good doctor. He gives me Botox injections for a cervical essential tremor and cervical dystonia. He also treats my migraine headaches. He is very thorough and when I had a pinched nerve in my neck which ran down to my finger tip, he promptly ordered the necessary tests to diagnose my problem and referred me to a doctor to help me. His medical assistant is so sweet and thorough. Both he and his medical assitant (I think her name is Veronica) are concerned, helpful snd very kind. I would recommend him to anyone.

I went to Dr. Hall due to movement in my feet and toes. He was referred to me by my regular doctor who is in the same building. I explained what was going on - he didnt seem to interested and kept using his computer in the far corner. The visit didnt last long and was asked to return the following week for nerve testing. On my next visit the nurse tested me for about and hour- then the dr.came in. He did the other part of the testing. I asked him questions, but he made jokes. He did not offer advise and cared little about answering my questions. They told me to get lab work done which I did. Three weeks I saw him again. He came into the room and again started on his computer. I didnt know exactly what was going on- I asked about my blood test. He looked like he had no idea I had have one done- He said its ok. He told me to try a drug a month to see if it would help, so I did. Didnt work! He actually never offered me any other alternatives. Worst doctor ever!

I came to him for the grinding and hurting in my neck, and severe pain in my hand and arm. Also I have a nerve problem witch causes my little finger to cross over my ring finger. He laughed at me and joked with my husband about me having mental problems! ( Not appreciated) I was there this time to discuss my MRI, and find out if I had nerve damage. He did a nerve test where they stick needles all over neck and hand with electric pulses, he had to read a book to operate the machine, and while performing the test he didn't care at all that it was hurting me unbearably. After an hour 1/2 of this, he left the room for about 20 min. When he came back I asked him how the test looked and he told me he didn't know his tech would have to read it. Ten min later after we talked about me having to go to a orthopedist for my shoulder ( he never left the room) I asked again about my nerve test and he said it looked "normal", he never checked the results! Totally dismissed my involuntary hand movement.

Scott Hall has been my neurologist for many years and I wouldn't change to anyone else. He is an excellent dr., has a good, although dry, sense of humor, which takes some people a little while to realize. He is a wonderful dr.

Staff-did not know reason for appt. My appt was canceled because I was 31 minutes late due to Disablility Transit Bus Transportation. Therefore, was not able to get my refill on Rebif (injectable drug for multiple sclerosis). The "doctor" discharged me as a patient.
