Dr. Kolar performed surgery to remove an ovary. The overly invasive robotic surgery was awful. After surgery, I leaked fluid from the incision sites and required inpatient hospital monitoring. She inserted mesh during surgery that caused me long-term pain/problems. I was worse after receiving care and my health needs were not adequately addressed. I recommend you never visit D. Kolar.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Kolar and her nurse. The two of them alone are why I chose to stay with this practice after a disaster of an appointment with Dr. Jamie Erwin.
They're so knowledgable, show genuine concern for your well being and no questions is ever too small or insignificant for their time.
I highly recommend them to anyone I can!

She's been my doctor for more than 20 years. After being induced three times and was in labor 26 hours, Dr. Kolar had a great bed-side manner and cared for me and my family in a reassuring way. Now our 17 year old goes to her! She is one heck of a lady. Her staff has been there forever because they are treated like family, not just like employees. And that is reassuring to know that the staff knows me and I know them. Best doctor and staff you will ever meet!

I had been misdiagnosed for over 10 years by other doctors. When they realized I had a large tumor in my ovary, I called this office to see if I could get in. I had been told this office had wonderful, caring doctors and staff. I was one of the patients that was placed in front of others who had made their appointments in advance. Because of the issues that were going, Doctor Kolar bumped my surgery up by several weeks. We discussed the fact that I wanted to only remove what was necessary, but that she had final call. If she saw anything that gave her cause to remove, then she would remove. She had to remove my cervix, she removed the ovary and completed a hysterectomy. Because of her care and fast action, she saved my life. Thank you Dr. Kolar, you are awesome. And on those rare times I do have to wait, I just remind myself, she is saving another life.

she delivered my first baby in less than 15 minutes, and was in a hurry to leave. The office never scheduled a post partum appointment. I had to call them and make it. Per her notes, she placed stitches and she never told me. I had a fourth degree tear that she never mentioned and she diagnosed it as second degree tear. She did not care about the pain I was in. She did not care that I could not perfom my job duties due to the tear.

Dr. Kolar is the best OB/GYN in my opinion. She delivered my second child and helped me through the miscarriage of my twins. She was so loving, kind, friendly, and extremely knowledgable. She respects your decisions. She gives you her medical opinion and experience and then helps with decisions. You will probably have a wait on most days, but she is well worth the time. My sister and some close friends see her as well. She delivered all three of my sisters children and helped her through an miscarriage. She is a gentle as the day is long. I would highly recommend her to any female needing these types of services.

I was in the waiting room for 3 hours before I got in to see her. I even called ahead to see if they were running late and was told everything was on time. Apparently my time is not as valuable as hers. Several women who came after me got to see her first, not even sure why I made an appointment if they pick and choose who they want to see. Once I finally got in to see her the exam was extremely painful. Not exactly sure what she was doing but at one point she put her entire hand farther than it needed to go. I bled for 3 days after. That has never happened to me before. Sure a little light spotting, but bleeding for 3 days! I am very traumatized from this and I would definitely not recommend her. Also I never got my results. It would have been nice to at least get a "everything is fine" postcard.
