From the front office personnel to the doctor herself, the worst experience I have ever had. Can never get prescriptions refilled! Pharmacy contacts them over and over they never respond, then I had to call and still waited days to get refills. They have let me run out of medications so many times. Avoid this place at all cost!!!

Dr Susan Pash Lohr is always late. My visit in Dec 2012 should have been my last visit. I waited 2 hours for her. Her reason was traffic. Today, 10/14/13, she was law 45 min. I have been fasting all night and the 1st appointment was at 10am, guess wat, it's 10:45am and she is not in. I asked the receptionist, she said, a few minutes and Dr Lohr is running late. I politely asked how any more minutes, since I have another appointment. Her answer was not sure. This place is a joke, find another MD, she can't be there on time ever.
