Dr. Bo Is an amazing doctor. I started going to her when my son was diagnosed with staff disease on top of his chicken pox 27 years ago. Since then every family baby has gone to this doctor and she has never missed even when the diagnosis were abnormal she was able to detect them. I highly recommend this doctor she's extremely knowledgeable, Person a will add time sarcastic but it's all in fun. We love Doctor Bo.

I just read the previous review on Dr. Bo and I don't know why this mother has an issue. I have been going to Dr. Strzalkoski since my son was born in 2003. My son when he was a baby had bronchiolitis, she was always punctual to get me in. Even after hours when I had her paged she called me back in under 10 minutes. The only time I had an issue with staff was when she had the nurse Nancy there which she got rid of because of all the patient complaints. My son also had MRSA. She got him right in and even called the hospital to let them know I was on my way with him. She has never bad mouth my parenting style. She has never mad rude comments. I wouldn't stay with a doctor for almost 13 years if that was the issue. The doctors she had referred me to have always been amazing. She will answer all your questions even when she is busy since it's a single doctor's office. I would recommend her.

Her staff is very unprofessional and so is Dr. Strzalkowski. I have had nothing but rude and sarcastic comments from Lavonnya and Dr.Strzalkowki. First Dr. Strzalkowski
never came to the hospital my son was first born. Second, I always felt rushed through our appointments. I was a new mother and had question and was worried about my son. I never took more then 5 minutes with Dr.Strzalkowski.
Third In the beginning Dr. Strzalkowski
Would make rude comments, example that my sons clothes were too small. Which I've always taken great care of my son and he is never worn clothes that were too small for him. Fourth, for the past two years I've always had a problem with Lavonnya her receptionist. I believe she is overworked and underpaid. She is not helpful and not kind. Or maybe it was because I was poor at one time and she has a problem with poor people. I am not sure I've always was respectful to her. Especially for my son.
My son was misdiagnosed three times by Dr. Strzalkowski. One he had torticollis, two he had to have tubes in his ears because he kept getting ear infections, three I knew he had asthma for the past two years she kept on saying no I took him to a specialist they said yes. They pick and choose who to show favoritism to
They're not very kind to people they do not like.
Lavonda is very unprofessional and not a good receptionist. I would suggest to go to capital care in Clifton Park they are all wonderful people. Everyone there is so kind and very helpful.
Whatever you do do not go to Dr.Strzalkowski!!
