Dr. Cooley was very interested in all my health issues and what brought me there. He explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable and confident in him. I would highly recommend Dr. Cooley

Dr Cooley did my colonoscopy, he was informative and great to work with. I would definitely recommend him for any gastronomic issues

My first experience with Dr. Cooley was a consult visit prior to a colonoscopy. In my years of seeing doctors, he was the most prepared. He knew my entire medical history almost back to birth and allowed no distractions during our visit. No phones in the room, he didn't touch his computer and he had all the information I needed to prepare for the procedure. I've seen him since for other problems and have never been disappointed in his care of professionalism.

My family physician wanted me to see Dr Cooley for severe stomach pain, so he faxed my records to Dr. Cooley's office and told me to call for an appointment. Day 1, the phones were shut off one hour early. Day 2, same story. Day 3, got a live scheduler, she told me without missing a beat that they had not received the fax from my family doctor. She told me she would not schedule an appointment until she found my records from Dr. Cooley 15 years ago, that when she found them she would call me and schedule my appt. I waited 3 days and she never called, so finally called another GI doctor. My memories of seeing Dr. Cooley 15 years ago were not impressive either. Nothing was resolved then either and I ended up going elsewhere.

Worst Doctor I have ever dealt with. Worst bedside manner making inappropriate remarks and misdiagnose my test results causing issues.
Got a second opinion by another GI and was told Cooley misdiagnose

I have been going to Dr. Cooley for almost 25 years. He is totally professional, knowledgeable, thorough and has a way of putting you at ease at, what could be, a stressful time. But most of all he truly cares. I have recommended him on a number of occasions and those that have gone to him feel the same. His staff (Tammy in particular) has been excellent in returning (or calling back when promised) calls or sending information when necessary. He sets the benchmark that I judge other medical professional by.
