Does not share information with patient, provide background,perspective. Doesn't discuss how treatment is going,or what alternatives the patient has. Doubtless she is brilliant, but she lacks people skills and can be harsh.

Dr. Basin seems knowledgeable, but she is quite harsh. She is frank to say that her treatments are based on her tests and observations, and patient input is not welcome.
