Dr.abbed left me crippled in 2013. Took no responsibility for what he did. I would have been better off never having back surgery. Now I have chronic nerve pain/drop foot and more. He drilled a hole through my s1 nerve.

Dr Abbed is an amazing doctor. After being misdiagnosed for 2 years by other doctors, after being referred to him he knew exactly what I needed. I had a tumor compressing my nerve in the l4-5 joint. After surgery, the same day, I finally did not have the leg pain I had for 2+ years. He fixed me! He is the BEST of the best and I would trust no other! I thank God for him!!

I absolutely loved Dr. Abbed! I went to him for a second opinion and he sat and talked to my husband and I for as long as it took for me to get all of my questions answered. I had a spinal fusion in April of 2016 and today am able to jog and feel like a new person! I give all the credit to Dr. Abbed! He's wonderful!

The greatest experience ever I'm 58 was 57 at the time of spine fusion surgery, I'm overweight and a smoker. He tackled the problem that other surgeon refused to. The results where amazing I'm pain free for the first time in over 20 years. I really can't express my gratitude towards this man

two days ago i had ACDF surgery. Dr. Abbed was the only one of the doctors who I consulted who got the diagnosis right. The surgery not only fixed the problem that he diagnosed (cervical stenosis) but seems to have cured very severe back pain that other doctors told me had no relationship to the primary problem. It isn't possible to explain how grateful I am. The fact that he is an incredibly nice man, on top of being a great doctor, is just the icing on the cake. (So was everyone on the staff). God bless you Dr. Abbed.

Dr Abbed performed a Laminectomy with Diskectomy 10/11/10 after I was close to being an invalid with Lumbar Spinal Stenosis. I cannot imagine a better surgeon, OR team or hospital than I experienced with Dr Abbed. My procedure ran 3-3.5 hrs. Recovery from the procedure was basically ho-hum. I felt great, i.e., pain free, immediately post-op, which hasn't changed. Apparently I healed well because when I asked Dr Abbed about my hospital stay pre-op he estimated 4, maybe more, nights in the hospital. My surgery was Monday AM and I was discharged to home on Wed afternoon. Activities were restricted, of course, e.g., no driving, lift nothing > 5lbs, etc. After my first post-op visit (2 weeks, IIRC) I could drive and was limited to lifting <= 10lbs. I would, and did, actually, trust him with my life and can recommend him without reservation to anyone needing spine surgery.
