I have continued sleep apnea after the jaw advancement that Waite performed. I will notate the immediate failures first. But keep in mind, he and really his underling surgeon didnt follow a correct movement of my jaws thereby i still have horrible apnea. These docs couldnt even put my maxillofacial plane at the correct angle so my teeth dont even touch except for two molars. Thats a lifetime of pain. This off center plane also has my nose cocked to one side with flared nostrils and a very defeated/ugly jawline especially from the side. He simply didnt use a correct model going into surgery. I also had a bolt and a bone coming out of my rear jaw soon after the surgery, 2 fixating straps became infected requiring removal. My upper /lower jaw lean to one side....really?!! They couldnt even get this correct?!!! i have lower lip deadness. I now have a very ugly face that isnt even symmetrical, dental pain, and worst of all CONTINED SLEEP APNEA. it has ruined my life.
