I left 4 messages in an attempt to arrange family therapy sessions. I didn't receive a call back. I never met or spoke with Dr. Rapkin, so I cannot speak to her abilities. Each 3 star is a default rating. I'm disappointed in the lack of professionalism in not returning calls.
