The doctor is always at least one hour behind all the time. The nurse is RUDE!!!! If you are 5 min. late they cancel your appointment. The only good employee she had quit due to hostile work environment.

Dr. Banerjee has the worst bedside manner. She and her nurse are rude and spiteful. I have never been scolded by a doctor in such a manner: she is right and don't dare question her authority.

I have been going to Dr. Banerjee for over a year and I'm done. I have struggled through pain to get a prescription, side affects that she claimed had nothing to do with RA medication but as soon as I stopped taking the meds it went away. These doctors would rather pump a bunch of medicine in you than to figure out what the root problem is. If it isn't written down, they have no idea what to do other than to push more meds. Drugged up and ruining some perfectly functioning organ. I have waited over a month for my RA medicine again. So I'm done. Just unacceptable.

I can't even write on here what I really think of Dr. Banerjee. She is the RUDEST physician I have every encountered (and I've been a nurse for 10 years). She was very rude to my adult son (the patient). She cut me off repeatedly over the phone. This doctor insulted me and my son and ultimately hung up the phone on me. She is uncaring and extremely unprofessional. I wouldn't take my pet gerbil to this woman. Patients beware. Do yourself a favor and see someone else.

The receptionist is very pleasant and professional however her nurse is extremely rude and non professional. Dr. Banerjee is very knowledgeable however she needs to replace her nurse. For this reason I am looking for another Rheumatologist.

I am not convinced of the authenticity of any very negative reviews because my experience with the office in Dallas was so outstanding. Polar opposite .Anyway, I detest going to the Doctor for anything, so how I am treated matters a lot to me . I am quick to walk away, therefore I choose carefully. I am also a healthcare professional myself and I judge based on some "behind the scenes" inside knowledge, so to speak. I guess you could say I do not give excellent reviews easily .I went for my first appointment today and everything was perfect. It started with the ease in making my appointment which was head and shoulders above the other offices in the area I had tried. I couldn't even talk to a human being at those offices. Her office staff who were polite, professional, efficient and helpful. I did not wait long and I did not sit in the exam room for ages and ages either, as often happens at Doctor appointments. The Doctor was very personable, spent lots of time with me, explained everything very clearly , was extremely thorough and spoke perfect English ( Language barriers can matter to elderly patients) She ordered labs , x-rays and a referral . The office is attached to Presbyterian Hospital at Dallas and for a hospital that has had some bad press lately I found their services extremely efficient and I was very impressed. I was a walk in patient at both X-ray and lab and I still only waited a short time for either and again, everyone I met was very efficient and very pleasant. The whole set up was efficient basically, from hospital signage, to parking ,to the paperwork they gave me at the office. Consequently it drastically reduced the stress I usually suffer when I attend this sort of visit at a strange office and/or hospital. I wholeheartedly recommend this Doctor.

If i had a half a star i would give that. This doctor is terrible and the office staff is so rude. They have no idea how it feels to have arthritis and they don't care. Dr. Banerjee has terrible bedside manner and you would be better off seeing someone else. DONT SEE THIS DOCTOR! She is terrible.

Dr. Banerjee is awesome! She explained more to me in five minutes than my previous rheumatologist explained to me in ten years! I would recommend her to everyone with RA. She's amazing!
