The front office staff is loud and rude. I was a bit shocked when I heard her tell someone on the phone to shut up, hmmm. She is just obnoxiously rude. The doctor is ok, seems nice, but doesn't really look into the problem other than the obvious. He does not like to give you a referral when he should, then when he orders a test good luck getting the results! I called 3x asked for a return call anything but got nothing! I finally went to the radiology place requested got my own results and brought them to my new doc that gave me a referral. The specialist is treating me wonderfully he figured out the issue which I guess was not obvious. Never heard from the doc or office again. Very strange way of doing business.

Dr Feit's office staff range in temperament , from happy to outright rude. Dr Feit himself us not a doctor who will dig into a problem. If it is not easy or obvious an " I do not know" is coming , leaving the patient stranded searching for answers . He does not believe you either . I do not know if this is just the usual resentment of women or as described above. I found the physical to be substandard . Unlike my former doctor who retired .he dud not check, ears, eyes or throat . No chest X-ray was requested and he ignored my requests for some follow up blood work , tracking from my former doctors work . If you want a doctor who listens and believes you, digs to solve a problem , this is not the man. I am truly sorry to say... avoid this one.

Helene who works in the front. The older lady is terrible. She basically told me they take my insurance and then they turn around billing me for services saying they aren't contracted with Aetna. She even had the audacity to tell me It's my fault and they're in business to make money. I had the most horrendous experience here...it's very sad how you go see a doc and you'll never go back because their service and patient care is atrocious.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Feit. He is friendly, punctual and very knowledgeable. I trust him completely; and the nurses in the office are wonderful. I would recommend him to anyone:)

Wonderful doctor and incredible human being. Very bright, good sense of humor, workaholic. I've been a patient for 20 years and we've been through a lot together. Once I had a problem at the end of the day and there was no time to see me during office hours. He had me meet him at the hospital and he examined me in the doctors' lounge! Once I told him I had difficulty contacting him so he gave me his cell phone number!!! Another time we were talking about a friend of mine who was one of his patients. This person had recently died. During the conversation he choked up with emotion. Unlike many I've met, Feit is not an elitist doc. He grew up in the projects in the Bronx and his mom helped put him through medical school. He is well respected by his peers and has my extreme personal admiration.

I am working in the medical field and I was going through a lot of phisicians before I met Dr. Feit. He's a very knowlegeble doctor, very smart and quick thinking,he took me from the very first visit through all the differential diagnostics and explorations so I didn't have to make 1000 appointments. He is drawing your blood by himself so you don't have to stay in another line at the lab. He was returning all my phonecalls promtly.Fast and efficient. Highly recommended.
