I have always had a great experience with Dr Ponce. She has been my dentist since i was a child. She has done all my crowns, fillings, braces and removed my wisdom teeth. Shes the best in town.

Tender Dental (aka Las Vegas Oral Surgery) forgot to practice courtesy, caring and professionalism. They are TERRIBLE at office practices. Extremely painful toothache. Called them Tuesday. Scheduled 5 pm: but have to wait til Friday! My wife and I both have to leave work early, and both lose money doing so. 15 minutes prior to the appointment they call: "Sorry for the inconvenience, but the appointment has to be rescheduled." I moved heaven and earth just the GET this date and they cancel it minutes beforehand!!! Rescheduled again for 5 pm: 4 days later, Tuesday. Now, MORE time off without pay. Monday, 4:20 pm: a call from them say that I am not covered under my wife's insurance. "Sorry," they said. Well, I confirmed that I WAS covered. They could have reconfirmed the info or even asked for a copy of the CARD! Nope. Just "Sorry, but you are not covered." Today I will and FIRE THEM. Time and money wasted! Inconsiderate, unprofessional, uncaring, and incompetent.

Staff is very condescending as well as Dr. Ponce. Bills dental insurance companies for services not provided yet and overbills. Keeps patient waiting in pain over 3 hours. Her office is dirty and the chairs are so torn up. Office is full of children running around, jumping all over the furniture and screaming at the top of their lungs. Staff prevents parents from going into the exam area along with their children. Parents have to wait in the lobby. The dentist herself lets her staff do all the work and will barely look into the patient's mouth unless absolutely necessary.
