I seen this dr for about 2 yrs bc of severe headaches and pinched nerves in neck & lower back. IMO, His way of fixing it was "pain pills" So he would write that & something to sleep every mth. I lost my insurance for like 2 mths, and bc I couldnt pay $4000 for SHOTS in those 2 mths even tho I said I would pay for office visit, "HE" fired me as a patient. I said, can I not come in, and him not even give me the medications for that time, then when my insur. kicks back in, come back? NOPE!! I said is that what HE said, or nurse? Bc when I asked that, its like she knew IMMEDIATELY what to say. She didnt even bother to ask HIM. Never in the time that I seen this dr, was I there for less than 3 hrs. As a neuro dr, and Im around alot of drs, I dont think he does a "complete" exam, ever and never did he seem "genuinally" concerned about my issues. I looked up 1 time during the shots, bc he paused and he was playing a golfing game on computer. PFT. great dr eh?

Dr Schultz is a very good dr. YES you do wait in his waiting room FOREVER but when you do get to the back he spends a lot of time with you. I have been seeing him since 2002 and he has done every thing in his power to help me. Thank the Lord he was willing to help me and not give up and throw his hands in the air. The only other thing I can say negative is that his front end staff changes a lot. I see him once a month and their is never the same staff. But I will say his nurse has stayed the same. Ms. Diane is WONDEREFUL!!!!!! People...... if you don't like Dr. Schultz then change doctors. Don't waste his time. HE IS NOT TWISTING YOUR ARM TO REMAIN HIS PATIENT!!!!!!

Dr Schultz is a great Dr. Yes I don't like the wait but am happy that he takes his time with me. I have been seeing him since 2000. I have seen other doctors and had other surgeries, but I still remain under his constant care. And he does care about his patients.... I think he is wonderful and his staff are great too. He has helped me in so many ways, I have had 4 brain surgeries by a neurosurgen in PA and my Dr. Schultz is the BEST..... He has stood by me thru everything.... HE IS VERY CARING AND CONCERNED FOR THE WELFARE OF HIS PATIENTS...

I go to Schultz for bulging discs. I'm still in constant pain in my neck, low back, and my shoulder despite completing physical therapy (not his). He's treated me with rounds of epidural injections and pain medication. And, as far as patients getting fired on their medication--two members of my family went to him (herniated discs and such) and they received pain medication from for what i think was almost two years, and he or his office decided one day to just FIRE them because they had received a PHONE CALL from someone they DIDNT KNOW. Other than the not-so-obligatory RAMPANT PARANONIA he seems helpful.

Waiting in his office is like camping in a third world country. His staff is rude and seem uncaring. Once while waiting on a prescription refill, I waited on the receptionist to make 3 personal phone calls. So unprofessional.

Dr Schultz treated me for almost a year for epilpsey with 40mg of Phenobarbital. I could not function at all. My aunt suggest i see her neuro and he reran all my test and determined that my problem was that i did not have epilpsey at all but was being over medicated by this dr. the "seizures" i was having was because i was an uncontroled diabetic, but he did not bother to tell me that even after he had been the one to order the testing for it. i truly feel that if i had allowed this man to continue to treat me, he would have killed me.

I have been seeing this doctor for nearly 18 months. Yes he is usually running behind but he has an extremely busy office. He is always willing to listen and try and find the root of my problems. I would say that other than waiting past the time of my appointment I am 100% satisfied with him. Hes a great guy and really wants to help his patients get better.

A 1 1/2 hour wait then more waiting in the waiting room. He took the old paper off the exam table and did not replace it for me, I was his last patient and I had a 7:00 pm appointment. He did not explain what he was doing in the nerve conductivity test and rather surprised when he stuck me with the needle. He was looking to prove I had carpal tunnel which I still don't think I have as my wrist never hurts but pain comes from neck and shoulder and I don't feel he really gave me a good exam.
