Our kids were patients at Dr. Gordon's for 3 years. When they closed their office we were disappointed. Then once their billing office finally got to billing our last visits... turns out we were overcharged and they made up for it by charging us to transfer the kids records to a new pediatrician. We were angry to say the least. Not sure we'll ever pay up front for our medical after that.

I too was disappointed that she was closing, however I'm quite enraged that she charged me 28$ (and anyone else who sent in the request for child's medical records) to get my child's medical records. I think it was a petty way to get some more money out of her loyal patients. I should have known something was up when the staff refused to personally print off and give me my daughter's records when I tried to pick them up rather than send in the form. I feel absolutely insulted and would never recommend her because of this. Doctors are about trust after all, and this was all just too shady.

Dr Gordon was a fantastic pediatrician. I have never felt so comfortable with a doctor. She has looked after my daughter from day one. I am so sad that her office is closing. Does anyone know why? I guess it doesn't change the fact that I have to find a new dr for my little one :(

Dr. Gordon is a wonderful pediatrician. She was very patient with me as a new parent. She would answer my questions and I never felt rushed. When there was an emergency and I had to call the "after-hours hotline", she would get back to me at a reasonable amount of time. I am sad that she is leaving us, but for the time she was my daughters pediatrican has been wonderful.

Dr Gordon has been an amazing Dr since my daughter was a newborn. Me being a first time mom, I flipped over every little thing and she was always quick to return my phone calls with answers and not making me feel bad for asking. I was so sad to get a letter today hearing about her leaving her practice, and I don`t know that we can find another perfect Dr for my little girl. Thank you Dr Gordon!

Doctor is very caring and pleasant, helpfull and knowledgable.Her front office person should be fired however.Although I work for another pediatrician in town. I took my child to her after not getting any answers from the doctor I work for and my child's condition was getting worse.I felt more confident dealing with her? Awkward. isn't it???My child now is doing well!!!

Some staff members were not rude but not that welcoming. When I requested some records, I felt I didn't get them in a timely manner and I received an immunization record of a child that wasn't my own. Although the Dr. is approachable and nice, I felt that I didn't get enough information concerning an issue with one of my children and this left me with a not so confident feeling.

Very patient and informative. She takes the time to explain everything and address all concerns.I consider myself lucky to have a great doctor 2 minutes from my home.My daughter loves her.Staff is helpull and pleasant as well.
