Can't get the staff to work in an appointment with a recent break out in hives, left a message with staff for Dr. Collura 2 days ago, still no call back. The office is very slow in returning calls and difficult to get a quick appointment if needed. Doctor's instructions about how long to take medication was not discussed, had to call back and ask and wait days to get a call back from staff.
