Office staff is great and caring. They know my children very well they give them there full attention and make them comfortable

dr kovats is very knowledgable, kind and loving doctor. my children love going to see her because she takes the time to listen to them. the staff is wonderful the girls there are polite and very caring. i have been going to dr kovat's office for a long time, the one thing i do not like is their new computer system it take her awhile to enter everything so our wait time is a little longer. however we would never leave her. great doctor and staff.

My daughter was scheduled to see the doctor at 1:00 pm on November 3, 2014 at Einstein Pediatrics at Jenkinntown at 201 Old York Road, Suite 202, Jenkinntown, PA 19046. We arrived at the office early at 12:31 pm to make sure we won't miss the appointment. We were very upset that at 2:30 pm my daughter was still not able to see the doctor. What made us more upset was that the receptionist (from what we observed she was the person who arranged the patients to see the doctor) let patients who came after 1:00 pm to see the doctor while we were still waiting. We had to walk out of the office at 2:36 pm because we could not stand the way the receptionist was doing the business. It is not right to let the client wait for over one hour without giving any explanation. We then rescheduled for another appointment on November 10, 2014. Again, we had to wait for 2 hours before my daughter could see the doctor. The reason that we were patient enough to wait for that long because we need the health form completed so that we can give it to the school. We have made a right decision to change the pediatrician for our 3 children. We will never come back to this office again.
