Sometimes waiting times in the office can beat hours long before you see the doctor, so you have a 9 o'clock appointment you want to the doctor till least 1030 poorly run staff office and the secretary is the nit wit

I went to see Dr. Florence for knee pain, and he determined I was a good candidate for HA injections. He said he would contact my insurance company for approval, and I'd hear from his office to set up an appointment. That was months ago. I have called his office at least five times and even faxed a request. I have heard absolutely noting, taken more Aleve than any one person should take, and will seek treatment elsewhere. Ignoring a patient as he has ignored me makes him a disgrace to his profession. He gets one star simply because it's a required field, otherwise he'd get what he gave me -- nothing.

Dr Florance is great. Thanks to him I can continue to go to work play with my kid and live my life without constant pain. I'm thankful for a doctor I can talk to and count on. His office manager Anita has always been helpfull and is a kind person.

3 hour wait, missing charts, files, and tests, dr has no memory of u or your current tx and must b reminded. Urine procedures r infantile and better suited for a jail. Dr. Has gone missing for weeks. 10 years+ when i asked to txfr to another pain clinic he refused. If he helps great but be very careful of depending on him.

After suffering from four damaged disks and facet joint damage, for more than ten years, I was recommended by an Orthopedic surgeon, to see Dr. Florence. After an assessment, MRI, and trial of an Intrathecal Pump, I had the pump implanted. I never realizes how much pain I had been living with, and being without pain - 95percent gone - was incredible! No more oral pain meds, and I have my life back, thanks to Dr. Florence!

Although this Dr. is knowledgeable, he was unprofessional. When I had to submit a urine sample, and I handed it to the Dr. I said, "Ewww, I hate handling those." He replied, "How do you think I feel, you might have syphilis." For the record, I do not have syphilis. That was the last time I visited him. If you want to be insulted go ahead and see this Dr.
