Dr. Sacco is extremely knowledgeable and attentive to her patients. I’ve had several surgeries under her care and owe a great deal of my improved quality of life to her. Highly recommend.

A leader in her field, smart and highly skilled. I've had 4 surgeries with Dr Sacco and could not recommend her more highly. Large teaching hospitals can feel like factories at times, but Dr Sacco always offers reassurance, answers every question, and truly cares about her patients. As a sufferer of chronic kidney stones for almost 50 years, I've had many urologists...I would chose Dr Sacco over all the rest.

She is rude and rushed when you have appointments with her. She always seems flustered. After doing a kidney stone surgery with her where she was supposed to remove the kidney stone through my back because it was such a large stone, she punctured my diaphragm which filled my lungs with urine. I ended up being in the ICU for 15 days when it was supposed be a day surgery. This was the worst experience of my life. She came and saw me one time while I was still in the hospital before they let me leave, and she didn’t even apologize. My mom realized that I was having issues is because I wasn’t making any sense because I was not getting oxygen. I had told Dr. Sacco that I had shoulder pain when I got out of surgery and she should’ve known that this was from the gas coming up to my shoulder. I think she just did not want to be responsible. Do not go to her. I would recommend Dr. Brian Eisner and Dr. Elise De.

Dr Sacco remove a Stent on 12/18 /2019 and committed bladder looks inflamed, gave me no medication. On 12/19/2019 I was admitted in emergency care and put ICU for Septic Shock.
Many more details but that is gist of it.

Maybe managed care can explain the long waits (once I waited over 1.5 hours) and the feeling of being rushed while seeing Dr. Sacco. However, during two of our appointments she spend most of the time editing the previous appointment's information with updated information. Her back was to me about 80% of the time. She also dismissed my pain (on a scale of 1 - 10, it was a 9). Did not return phone calls. Very very very disappointed
