Never ever see this doctor.
He was supposed to remove a fungus toenail from my 16 year big toe. Santrock cut my sons toe completely off. He wrapped it up; didn’t tell us and had his assistant work with us. We never seen him again. He is the WORST.
The absolute WORST. He acted like he was helpful in the beginning. Fooled us.
My son had to have surgery to fix it by another foot specialist. That doctor was livid and seen no reason to cut off this young man’s toe. Big toe.
I truly believe that it was racially motivated.

My daughter fractured the growth plate in her ankle and Dr. Santrock treated her. We had no problems with him in any way. He was very caring and informative. He even let her take her stuffed animal into the operating room.

Totally unprofessional especially when he believes you are telling him that HIS procedure didn't work. Staff at front desk are also most unpleasant and nurse equally so

Was never seen by Dr. Santrock. Instead, was shuffled to an assistant. Did not give me the option to see the doctor and medical advice was poor as it did not resolve my medical complication.
