He's at one of the small hospital ERs in our area, and ER doctors can be hit or miss. However, Dr. Moldovan usually hits it out of the park - he's very good. He's very patient - even though it's an emergency room - and makes it clear that he's listening to your story. He thinks carefully about what's best for you and explains why he feels that's the right thing. I've had to go to a lot of ER rooms in my time, but he makes it a tolerable experience, and I always feel like somebody's looking out for me after I've seen him (instead of them trying to get me out the door as fast as they can).
