I would rather die than have any contact with this person again. Licina is rude, has absolutely no bedside manor, no compassion and did not display any knowledge in the two minutes, if that which she spent in my room. The women has a chip on her shoulders or suffers from feelings of gradur.

Dr. Licina did not take sufficient time or interest to determine what my condition was. I would have been better off not seeing a doctor at all.
