He ordered tests that were unnecessary. When I asked what the tests were for, I was lied to. He was unwilling to credit my account when I asked and was argumentative and unable to provide appropriate explanation for why he ordered them. I was ultimately charged or would have been sent to collections. He discussed my case in front of his whole staff and within earshot of the waiting room. I have never felt so disrespected by a doctor. It was not uncommon to spend over an hour waiting for him. His office is dingy and covered in pharmaceutical materials. I complained about him to COPCP and while they admitted I was not the first to complain, there was nothing they could do. Perhaps the medical board will care.

Yes, stay away from Dr. Feng Chen. He has no idea what he's doing. Oh no, he does. Sucking money out of you that's it.

Do not under any circumstances go to this guy. I should known better when they refused to give me a ball park on pricing both on the phone and during check-in. A procedure starting out as $250 quickly turned into $1650. Horrible experience

Do not use him. Find someone else. There are plenty of better doctors… his English is not that good and he tends to talk over you, Staff was friendly but I found him very upsetting. Completely disappointed.

2 visits. He is consistently tardy. On the first visit, he wanted bloodwork on me even before he met me, which I thought was odd. On the 2nd visit, he continually got interrupted by phone calls and the nurses. Meh. He's a nice guy, and very knowledgeable, but I'm not totally satisfied with him. One thing I like about him is that he does pursue other options than just popping pills, but I'm going to keep looking around.

Saw this doctor once and provided very poor service from the physician and his staff in the office. Definitely NOT recommend.
