Dr. Brabston is the most compassionate and skilled primary healthcare provider in the area.
He is dependable, unpretentious, never rushed, and is a good listener, offering as much time as you need.
He consistently RESPECTS your appointment time- literally less than 2 minutes before you are in the exam room. He has lots of creative solutions to problems, and reviews your whole history and takes vitals each visit and asks about everything on your chart. Exponentially better than other doctors.
Another major reason I think Dr. Brabston 's practice is so effective is that he trusts me as a patient to know my own body, and doesn't just dismiss your opinions- for example, asking for a blood test for Lyme's disease or something similar- my previous doctors were "know it alls" and unless it was their idea, dismissed other suggestions. Dr. Brabston isn't like that- he listens to what you say and takes into account your suggestions when pursuing treatment or diagnostics.
Because of this flexibility, he is the only doctor I need to see- Dr. Brabston is a true throwback to the days when people could rely on a single doctor to effectively treat almost all of their problems.
I don't know what I would do without him, he has raised my quality of life quite a bit. I have several ongoing and probably intractable issues, and he effectively treats them all. I would be spending hours each month in doctor's waiting rooms and never get the kind of cohesive "full spectrum" care without Dr. Brabston- he knows how each of my problems is connected which would not be the case if I was seeing a specialist for each problem.
Dr. Brabston, his staff, and the other dr. in the office (Dr. Tom Berges) are skilled, efficient (!) , and fully competent for conveniently treating 99% of my health issues- I have no doubt I would be on disability if it wasn't for Dr. Brabston and his associates- I'm extremely blessed to have found this practice.
