She spent three of my therapy sessions trying to pressure me into being friends with another patient. Think about it. Every time she mentioned her, she was inviting me to talk about her. This is what I heard. This patient was better than I and had so much to offer and the only thing I had to give was the ability to schedule dates. She caused irreparable pain. Sometimes I drift into a deep depression. Sometimes I can’t sleep in my own bed. Sometimes I just feel used. So what is the question? Who is the brave one? The out gay? The out gay who takes responsibility for her actions and seeks resolution. I know the answer. Do you?

Dr. Dohrenwend is unlike any other psychologist i've known. Respectful, amazingly insightful, and kind. I'd recommend her to anyone who needs some help.
