I hit the jackpot with her. I feel so comfortable talking to her and I am grateful for everything she does. She is amazing and sets the standard. She has been a support for me through some very troubling times which if it wasnt for her I don't think I would have made it through.

I have been with Dr. Alden for 4 years. She is wonderful and has helped me so much. She listens and understands what I go through. She has come to visit me in the hospital and has made arrangements for me to be hospitalized. She cordinates with my psychiatrist for treatment. She is very easy to talk to and I feel no judgment. I would pick no other therapist. She is 5 star all the way and I am very lucky to have her.. she has helped me probably more than she knows
