Horrible Doctor. Seems to be burnt out and uninvested in patients problem but very very interested in my insurance company.

Dr Giancarlo is a caring doctor. He actually listens to what was going on with me. He reviewed my paper work & didn't rush when I was there. He also explained what was wrong with me in detail. I am proud to call him my doctor.

I Saw Dr. Nabaty 1 time in December and 1 time in late November. I had an epidural on Tuesday, December 16 th and I had an appointment with him a few weeks earlier to go over test results. I was at a pain level of 8-10 on 12/16. Dr. Nabaty gave me the epidural and my pain decreased significantly over the next 3-5 days. He told me if I got only 30-60% relief I should call. I did not call but the office called and said Dr wanted to know how I was doing and should they schedule another shot. I said no because I was no longer in that kind of pain. They called back in 12-14 days. I felt secure with Dr. Nabaty and I felt he realized how much pain I was in. I truly felt he cared. The staff was also very good.

The front desk staff employees are friendly, the medical scribe employees are friendly and efficient, the doctor is very nice and thorough with your treatment. I have no complaints!
