I have been working with Dr. Giancarlo one on one for several years from switching neurologist. I am a very proud patient bc of how much he’s involved with his way of practicing the way of listening to his patients and he places himself in our shoes and he stays in it by letting the patients decide on what they want. The disorder that you’re facing we need to find out what works for you and not the medications treat what you had. He’s always been that one person who says only you, the patient, knows your own body and respond to treatments that were actually meant to help something else.

He has a great bedside manner.. He and the team were very thorough with the examination, asking multitude of questions so they could best determine my course of treatment. I felt like he truly cared about me, my condition, and my outcome. I left the office feeling extremely positive that I was receiving the best care possible. I would definitely recommend Dr. Giancarlo.

I had an appt with this doctor that I waited weeks for.
When I arrived, I was told he was "called away" and I was to see the nurse practitioner. No one called me re this, and I had gone thru a lot get a doctor. If I would have cancellled at the last minute I would have been charged. How can doctors get away with this.?

I have been a patient for over 10 years. Dr.Giancarlo is the best doctor I ever had. He is the kind of doctor that listenes to what you say and he never quite. I trust him with my health and my son who is a special needs child. If your in need of doctor who truly cares about his patients then he is the one to see. Exllant doctor. Very Caring and helpful. Addresses issues in a prompt manner and comes up with a plan of action. He is very helpful and organized and willing to help and go the extra mile to make sure that the patient gets the best care. Highly recommend this doctor. Not a pill pusher. He actually spends time and discuss's options an plans. Not just in and out. Wonderful doctor will be recommending to family and friends. He is also very understanding and extremely helpful. He is wonderful in just my first visit he is doing more for me than my previous neurologist and i had seen her for years! He listens and explains everything in detail. I’m extremely pleased.
