This office just wants to force you to come in as often as possible to collect as much co-pays as possible. My husband showed up as a new patient for an annual exam. They did NOTHING the first appointment. No physical, no lab work, nothing. They just did like a 'welcome to the practice' thing. Which is a waste of a day off of work for an appointment. Then they scheduled a separate appointment for his physical two weeks later. My husband called the following day after his appointment to get his bloodwork script so he could just go to a Quest and get that out of the way on the weekend. They declined, saying they had a lab onsite. During his appt they said they'd have no problem issuing him a script to any other lab he preferred. But now after the appointment, they changed their mind. At first they said they'd see if the doctor was okay with it. Then they pretty much forced my husband to make 4 appts. One for intro, one for the physical, one for blood work and one for all the results. Now my husband has to take four days off of work just to get this one simple thing done. I called the office to see if they could just email him the script so he can get it done before his physical and save some time. The man who answered the phone was so incredibly rude. He said it wasn't their policy to do that (despite the fact that previous staff said they would talk to the doctor about it, which meant it was possible) and when I tried to ask to speak to someone else he said no and literally hung up on me. Even after I said that he was being rude and not offering good service he sarcastically chuckled and said "I'm sorry you feel that way" and hung up. Keep in mind, my husband is a new patient. Absolutely awful front office staff. Such disregard for someone's precious time.

New to the area and thrilled that I found Dr. Dube. She is such a good listener, takes the time to totally understand your issues, is the most thorough physician I have seen in a long long time. I would recommend her to everyone..... I didn't know there were still physicians around like her.

Dr Dube saved my husbands life!! Her staff has always been wonderful. Only changes I've seen is when you have a copay or a deductible this is now collected at the time of service, the office is no longer allowing us to carry a balance I for one love this i know what we owe when we leave the office.

Simple question...why don't the people posting negative comments about this remarkable doctor and her practice post your names? I'm laughing at the recent comments posted by some disenchanted folks. Seems as though you leave out HUGE parts of your story, placing blame solely on the doctor and/or practice. Take responsibility and accountability for your own health and quit belly aching about wanting something for nothing! Seriously...RANT OVER!

Terri 😊

I never saw the actual Dr, but a physician’s assistant or nurse practitioner. I can honestly say, I have never had such a horrible experience with a primary care practitioner. She was extremely rude and hostile. I got up and left the last appointment, knowing I would never return after such poor treatment. Several months later, I receive a letter stating in part, “The successful relationship between a medical practice and its patients relies on the ability to communicate effectively and politely.” It goes on to say, “we can no longer accommodate your medical needs and deem it necessary that you make arrangements for another healthcare provider to take care of your primary healthcare needs.” Rest assured, I was NEVER going back anyway! There are many good primary care offices with great PA’s and NP’s who are able to communicate with the patient in professional and caring ways. Keep looking!!

Do not go to this Dr! You will never get to see Dr. Dube, only her PA's. The staff is not helpful and can be rude. They also make false claims, stating Dr. Dube trains all her PA's to be as knowledgeable as she is. Unfortunately, one of her PA's miss-diagnosed a family member and ended in the ICU unit at the hospital in critical condition. Things just do not seem right. You pay full price for a office visit with the Dr. and yet you never see her. The state needs to investigate this office for their billing practices, especially with Medicare.
