I have been Dr. Edelman's patient for many years and can only praise him and his staff. I wonder what moved the patient to write the negative rating dated January 9, 2015, I cannot imagine Dr. Edelman disrespecting a patient. There was probably some misunderstanding, or whatever. I have always been very pleased with Dr. Edelman and his staff.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with this doctor and hope no one would ever feel as disrespected as I did after attending the eye doctor. Punctuality is a common courtesy and after showing up an hour after the appointment time, the doctor was rude and cold. Please heed my advice and head otherwhere.
