I love Dr. Roberts!!!! I tried other Drs. and always left their practice because they were not listening or not improving the situation with my back and facets. After seeing Dr. Roberts, I now have very little if any pain. I am able to reach up for a dish from my kitchen cabinet and swim with no issues. It is sooo nice to be back to doing all the normal daily things one does without pain. While it would be nice to see Dr. Roberts at each visit, I would take his injections/treatment above anyone else! You do get to speak with him before he performs the procedure and he is always kind and caring--as well as the rest of his staff. If all you are looking for is pills to pop, he is probably not your guy, but if you want longer lasting effects that will change your life, he is your doctor!

Dr Roberts and his team have been my chronic pancreatitis pain management specialists for 10 years. They are professional, courteous, timely, friendly, and effective. They have allowed me to go back to work, play golf. and otherwise given me my life back. We eliminated the heavy opiates and use other proven pain management techniques that allow me to live a full life style. I highly recommend them.

A+ I have been a TVN Pain Management patient for four years due to chronic pancreatitis. A most unpleasant experience. Dr Roberts and his staff have been a lifesaver literally. I am able to return to work (albeit part time) because of his care.

The facility is immaculate. The staff is professional, courteous, and friendly. I average give visits per year and they never forget to ask about prescriptions, coordinating with my primary physician, or scheduling the follow-up.

Dr Roberts talks to me before every procedure. If we need an in-depth discussion, I work with Nicole or schedule an office visit with Dr Roberts.
I am immensely pleased with Dr Roberts, the staff, and the facility.

They don't listen to you, I have had a back surgery and am in greater pain than I was before the surgery. They don't want to write you pain meds, they don't listen to you as a patient. Stay away from here if you are in pain

Yes I have only seen Dr. Roberts once, but everyone seems to know what they are doing so I dont see it necessary to see him with my eyes, I know when he comes in the room to give me my shot, he asks a few questions, then I know nothing till I am in recovery. He has a wonderful staff and have always been able to answer any of my questions. If I do as I am told to do or not to do, my shot works good. Thank you to Dr. Roberts and his wonderful staff.

I have had Dr. John Roberts for several years. What a great doctor, he is very caring and concerned. For the first time since my accident I have got someone to REALLY listen. His staff are the same way. I really like him as a doctor. Thanks Dr. Roberts for all you do !

Do NOT see this dr. He does not listen to patients. Will dismiss patients from practice if you question him. During regular clinic visits you don't even see the doctor, you see the nurse practitioner. How can a doctor even get to know his patients if he only sees them when they have a procedure? He doesn't like to prescribe pain meds. Hello, you are a pain management doctor. I can understand not wanting to get people hooked on pain meds but some people need them in order to function. So, word of caution, if you are in serious pain, stay away from this doctor.

I had previously had 3 injections for bulging disc/sciatica before going to see Dr Roberts. After one injection, he was successful by explaining that the medication goes up and if the injection was above the injured disc, it wouldn't be successful. I have been pain free since April 2012. I may have to get another sometime, and I will go back to Dr. Roberts :) I was referred and seen at the appointed time.
