I absolutely love this Dr. Having Keratoconous for over 46 years, being denied by my old Dr's secretary to advocate for me for therapeutic lenses, THEY FOUGHT for me when I needed my doctors office to enlighten my insurance company of my disability for such expensive non-cosmetic lenses. Frighten that I would have to live my life legally blind, this office became my saving grace. EVERYBODY is so friendly, they tell you of every step they are taking to help to determine the correct vision for my eyes. They listen to my concerns and try to correct everything I complain about. It is a pleasure to come to the office, which is always clean and the staff very friendly. I truly would advise/suggest their services to anyone experiencing issues with their eyes, the teamwork you receive with their service will leave you assured that they left it all on the floor to help with better vision.

I have used Dr. Cook since she came to The Eye Specialists and find her to be a very competent and caring Dr. I highly recommend her.

I would not recommended Dr. Christine Cook office on Independence Blvd. her staff will rip off you, will send you messed up statement ( in my case the statement did not shown payment I made on the date when I had an appointment.) They overcharged me right after appointment, refused send a bill to my vision insurance and send me a bill requesting amount I have already paid. After 3 calls to the office I have realized that they do not want discuss the problem with me, because nobody called me back. One time I was told hat system is down, and office manager can't help me. they swindling money, lying to insurance companies, charging payments for services they never did. I am thinking about calling to the Health Department of Virginia Beach for help.

I have seen Dr. Cook several times over the years and have always been treated with respect and had excellent results with products I purchased.
