Biopsy done with no pain. Dr took time to explain procedure and follow up. Excellent care!

Have been going to Dr. Armstrong for many years. If I need to see him he always works his schedule to accommodate me unlike many dermatologists in my area. Very knowledge and up to date with all the latest techniques. Sensitive to concerns I might have and explains in detail if he's preforming a procedure so I feel comfortable. My father in-law lives in The Villages in Ocala, Florida and drives to see Dr. Armstrong several times a year to be screened because he's had a lot of sun damage. He has tried several dermatologists in his area and has never found one to be as caring and skilled as Dr. Armstrong. Also, takes into account my insurance and if needed searches for the best medications under my plan so I'm not paying high prices for prescriptions. Overall I would definitely feel comfortable recommending Dr. Armstrong to anyone because he and his staff has always given me excellent care.

Staff is always friendly at all 3 offices. Dr Armstrong always answers questions,grest bedside mannerand, personally calls you back if you've had a big procedure. Dr Esse is awesome as well. Smart,kind, and very thorough . A proven asset to his office.

Defineatly not the best bedside manner! Been there a few times and will never go back to him. He opened a second location and ever since rushes to get get his work done so he can move on to another patient. All about the $$$. He took a chunk of flesh from my left arm for a small basil cell biopsy. Left a big indent which is still noticeable from 2 yrs ago.

Dr Armstrong is wonderful to bad his front desk staff lately stinks. 1 person in particular Alecia always on her phone and very rude. and the new so called office manager omg. Caught her talking and laughing about staff members. Came in 3 x now and still not better.don't think I'm going back there. Surprised at Dr Armstrong to have these two there.

My husband and I have both been patients of Dr. Armstrong for several years. Wouldn't go to anyone else. His staff reflects him and does him justice. Wonderful care all these years.

Great staff, no long waits, good technique, booked me in two days for a worrisome spot that turned out to be MELANOMA! The PA is great too. Everyone helped through the whole process and I am cancer free for almost two years.

Every encounter I have had with Dr. Armstrong has been a very enjoyable experience. Not only is he efficient, friendly, and very knowledgeable, but that is also true of his entire staff. I had a very suspicious spot that had been present for some time, and my primary care physician referred me to some other dermatologist. The earliest appointment I could get at the other dermatologist’s office was six months out. I heard about Dr. Armstrong, so I called his office, and his staff had me come in the same day and took a biopsy. I learned three days later that the spot was malignant, and it was dealt with by the doctor during my second visit to his office. Another example of their extraordinary service occurred when their office set me up with a national pharmacy that filled an expensive name brand prescription for less than 5% of the cost of my local pharmacy. I have been extremely satisfied with all of the service that Dr Armstrong has provided.
