The Best”

Dr. Keith has been my therapist for about three and one half years. I could not possibly imagine a better therapist in our galaxy. I walked in as a broken man after having tragically lost my son in a hiking accident at school. Dr. Keith is a keen listener and a highly gifted therapist. He employees effective therapies across the spectrum of his vast knowledge of psychology. My life is much improved now. I can face the world with more courage and self knowledge.

Dr. Keith is simply an outstanding therapist. He has a wealth of psychological and practical knowledge. I walked into his office a dysfunctional broken man, after my son had tragically passed away. Over the past year and one half with his focus and dedication, I have learned how to deal with my grief and to manage it without drugs. He is always focused on your concerns, listens intently and redirects you when you get off course. I cannot possibly imagine a better therapist. I give him full credit for guiding me through the grieving process and allowing me to take control of my life again. I give him my hghest recommendation.

I went to Dr. Keith as a teenager who was just looking for an Adderal prescription. I didn't really need it, but I wanted some to help me with studying. In our first session Dr. Keith saw right past me and called me out on having an eating disorder. At that time I was not even ready to accept that MYSELF! Let alone have someone point it out to me. So I continued my session with Dr. Keith-for my eating disorder, body dismorphic disorder and low-self esteem. At points during my eating disorder I felt so low, but Dr. Keith was always there, patient, kind and a little firm!(in a good way) During my 2-3yrs with Dr. Keith I was also spiraling down with partying and drugs. Dr. Keith kept a watchful eye on me and thankfully stopped the madness before it was too late. Without the help of Dr. Keith, I'm not sure where I would be. This is 9 years later and I am now a Health Coach! Helping people build positive relationships with food! I cannot thank this man enough!

I had severe episodes of anxiety due to an abusive relationship in graduate school. The episodes wrecked a relationship, caused me to harm friends, and I left a great job because of one. Over the last 12 years, I've seen at least 8 different psychologists - some of whom helped in little ways but the episodes kept happening. Dr. Keith helped me in a big way. When I first met him, he said I should have a PhD. I shivered and said there just wasn't a way I saw myself going back to graduate school. A year later, I was working on research and collaborating directly with professors. Now I'm working towards a PhD. I wish I could have found Dr. Keith sooner. (And wish I could reward him with all the money I gave to the other doctors - he so deserves it!) Charles is a tall drink of water from out West. He's ever so patient and kind. He's also damn smart. He enjoys doing what he does, he's been doing it for a long time, and I can say he's helped me when others did next to nothing.

My son was in therapy with dr keith for over 50 visits. He was extraordinarily kind, considerate, compassionate and often reached out in between sessions to help. My sons life went from despondency to being able to cope with school, his friends, his mother.... His life in general is fantastic .his grades went from c,d,and f's to a's and b's. He is now on his high school baskeball team. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in need

Dr. Keith is excellent! My 12 yeaar old daughter was in treatment with him, and he helped her open up, discuss her anxiety and stress, improve her assertiveness and self-esteem, and she did not need to see anyone for medication. I give him my highest rating!
