Dr. Pennanen, Lori Zorc and the entire staff are the most caring, warm and professional people. Everything was explained in a way I could understand, and surgery was followed up with calls and emails. I knew I was in excellent hands. If you have any breast issues, this is the practice to call immediately. They all took fabulous care of me.

From the first consultation for mom's diagnosis to successful surgery, Dr Pennanen, Lori and their staff provided nothing less than a top notch care. She and her team were not only very thorough, she was compassionate and kind, listened to all of our concerns. We truly appreciated the fact that she cared about mom's treatment and well being and also of the quality of life she will have afterwards. My mom had a very successful surgery and her and her staff consistently showed top notch aftercare as well. There is no doubt in our minds and she is truly one of the best in her field. After my breast cancer diagnoses, my consultation with Dr. Pennanen was extremely comforting and reassuring. Her calm, soothing demeanor is exactly what I needed. She performed my lumpectomy and I experienced no pain afterwards. My scarring is minimal. I highly recommend Dr. P and her team!

Dr. Pennanen is an excellent doctor. I have and will continue to highly recommend her to others. I have been going to her for over a decade, perhaps 12+ years. She is respectful, caring, thoughtful, and goes the extra nine yards to help and care for you . The surgery went extremely well. I had a lumpectomy and lymph node removal and she did a fantastic job. She is extremely meticulous and thorough and she really cares about her patients. She is very knowledgeable and intelligent too. She is truly an outstanding doctor and has an excellent reputation and following.

I chose Dr. Pennanen for a double mastectomy based on recommendations from my trusted OB/GYN and several others. She did a fabulous job explaining my options and answered my numerous questions. The respected plastic surgeon in the OR (for the reconstruction part) at the time of my surgery told me that Dr. Pennanen was extremely meticulous. I also had no significant post-operative nerve pain, which was the same result as a friend of mine who also used Dr. Pennanen, and was not the experience of other friends who used different surgeons. Most importantly, Dr. Pennanen and her staff seemed concerned not just that the cancer be treated, but that I return to a high quality of life afterwards. So, for example, she referred me to a physical therapy so I had no loss of range of motion. I would highly recommend Dr. Pennanen.

Dr. Pennanen and her staff are respectful, careful, and caring. Dr. Pennanen has always been compassionate; explains her diagnosis, and provides options (when available). Her surgical skills are excellent and I have always felt well-cared for by her and her staff. I have never felt rushed and believe that she has provided a careful and thoughtful response to my questions.

She misdiagnosed me with clogged milk ducts while breastfeeding, this delayed my diagnosis of invasive breast cancer for a year.

Dr. Pennanen is fantastic. She has superior subject matter knowledge that is coupled with an amazing bed side manner. I have been seeing her for over a decade and would not hesitate to recommend her unequivocally! She performed a mastectomy that by all accounts is artistic. The incision line is hardly detectable. She makes you feel like her #1 only patient.

I love Dr. Pennanen - she not only did a wonderful job on my lumpectomy, but she is caring, answers my questions patiently, explains procedures in language I can understand, has a very caring and helpful staff, keeps great records and refers to them during visits. I just can't say enough good things about her - I highly recommend her.
