Not much empathy with patients- seems like he feels patients are an annoyance in his day.

For my annual wellness exam in which I have 100% wellness coverage with UHC, Dr's office ordered lab work not considered preventative and left me with a large bill. Staff has explained that they do not understand how to code/bill in a fashion that matches annual preventative/wellness requirements from their patients. My insurance follows preventative coverage as defined by Healthcare Reform Act of 2012. This common reference did not appear to be followed by the Dr's office and lab. Were unwilling to correct the issue. Terrible experience.
