I have been going to Dr. Hanian yearly for about 10 years. Never a bad experience. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. I transferred to her when my insurance coverage changed and my previous eye Dr suggested I go see her own personal optometrist - Dr. Hanian. I've never been disappointed. Not sure where those bad comments are coming from.

Some of Dr. Hanian's clients having been obtaining care for years and have found her services to be thoroughly professional, courteous, and punctual. Her staff is caring and helpful and I look forward to my visits to her office. I am a member of the group that appreciates this practice.

the staff here is RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!! I do not know where they find these uneducated pompous little twits but, both of them are obnoxious and I would never recommend anyone I know having to put up with their antics. Steer clear of this Scottsdale unwarranted uppity group, plenty of eye doctors can provide more service and less attitude.

I've been a patient of Annette's for the past 8-10 years and find her to be professional, caring, knowledgeabld and friendly. My entire family, including children who no longer live here, loves Annette and her staff.

Bad news! Be sure to read all reviews of this health care provider's office before visiting. Many negative with a common theme on the internet. Positive reviews are worded exactly the same site to site. First sign of an office having family, friends and office staff 'boost' ratings and positive postings.

I love Dr. Hanian. I have been going to her since she first opened. She is great with my kids at explaining exactly what they need to do for their eye care. My son has been so impressed by her that he has chosen his career path from watching Dr. Hanian. Dr. Hanian is very helpful and professional. On my most recent visit she helped me select new glasses (they were better then the ones I was originally looking at), fitted me with contacts and explaining the differences in my vision with glasses verses contacts. Her staff were very patient and understanding during the contact care lesson. I would recommend Dr. Hanian, you will love the experience. I do!!!

Hanian is a knowledgeable doctor but can sometimes talk down to you if even something small is wrong with your eyes, rather than just saying how to take care of it. Staff is never straight up rude, but aren't very welcoming or helpful.

Very rude staff. One receptionist hung up on me in the middle of a conversation. They were unhelpful and unappreciative of my business.
