I know he has the knowledge because he helped train my primary care doctor. But he now seems like he doesn't care. He has poor bedside manners, ordered meds that I was allergic to & were in my chart. The time before, he refused to give any meds & said to go see my primary. At this second time, his nurse practioner came in first & because I could barely speak due to my condition, my husband spoke up to tell her what was going on with me. She looked at me instead of him & said, "I need to hear from you, not him." Cox hospital says, "Simply stated; people get sick. When they do there is nothing more important than their doctor and hospital and the knowledge that both will deliver outstanding care to them or the ones they love." I have not experienced that from Dr. Walter Joe Farley & he appears to be teaching his nurse practicioner to do the same. AVOID THEM!
