Dr. A is the best. I don't think I would have made it through college without her. She even traveled to attend my graduation ceremony!! If you want someone who is invested in her patients, that is the epitome of Dr. A. Thank you for coming into my life Dr. A.

I imagine it’s difficult for any parent to hear that their child is struggling much more than they had realized. This was particularly true for my wife and I as we have always felt particularly close to our youngest son and that he knew he could come and talk to us about anything. I guess there’s some things that pre-teen boys don’t feel comfortable discussing with their parents. While our initial reaction to Dr. Adler’s assessment wasn’t the greatest, partially because, at least for me, I simply didn’t want want to believe it, she quickly identified the root cause and explained the steps she would take to address it. I’m ashamed to admit that we did go to someone else after receiving Dr. Adler’s early feedback. It only took a few sessions with this new therapist before it became painfully clear that we had made a mistake. We now understand that Dr. Adler’s primary role is to be an advocate for our child, even if that means telling us, the parents, things we do not necessarily want to hear. Our son has formed a strong bond with Dr. Adler and has expressed to us that he enjoys having someone to talk to. He has stated that Dr. Adler “just get’s him” and that he feels less worried, nervous and as if he is finally free. At the end of the day, we only want the best for our son and respect the incredible work Dr. Adler does. We are both appreciative and grateful to have Dr. Adler in our lives and would strongly recommend her to any family in need of some help.

Because of the current pandemic, we have only met with Dr. Adler via Skype. With therapy being highly personal in nature, we worried proceeding virtually would be somewhat less effective and diminish the experience. That said, my husband and I clicked with Dr. Adler immediately and gained a tremendous amount of insight and perspective during our very first session. More importantly, we were surprised and delighted by how quickly our 6 year old daughter took to Dr. Adler and how helpful she finds Dr. Adler to be. We have already noticed an improvement in her behavior and feel that our household is less disorganized and chaotic, which our other two children are benefitting from. We would definitely recommend Dr. Adler to any parent with a child who is struggling.

My husband and I just had our initial consultation with Dr. Adler this past week and left with renewed hope and optimism. Dr. Adler made us feel comfortable, heard and understood. We are confident that Dr. Adler can help our family and provide much needed relief for our anxious yet sweet little boy. Our meeting was extremely positive and productive and we are very much looking forward to working with Dr. Adler.

I am a long time patient of Dr. Adler's and have nothing but the utmost respect for her and what she does. I had tried to find someone local, as the commute to see her is close to an hour and a half, but no psychologist compared. Dr. Adler is the single greatest therapist I have ever had.

One of the best decisions we've ever made was scheduling an appointment with Dr. Adler. Her reputation precedes her and she definitely lives up to the hype. Dr. Adler is insightful, knowledgeable, honest, empathetic and excellent at what she does!

Not one for leaving reviews but this I feel compelled to share. After being laid off from my job in early October, I was hesitant to schedule another appointment with Dr. Adler due to my current financial situation. After not hearing from me, Dr. Adler reached out to find out what was going on. Embarrassed, I shared what had happened. I was not anticipating Dr. Adler's warmth and incredibly understanding response. Dr. Adler told me that I come first and that we can work out the finances at a later time. Immediately, I felt a tremendous amount of relief. I have never had a doctor who cares so much about their patients and truly puts their patients first.

After working with a social worker for over a year and seeing very little progress, we decided it was time to schedule an appointment with Dr. Arlene Adler. Boy is she worth it. Just three sessions later, we have seen a drastic improvement in our 9 year old daughter who has been struggling for years with anxiety, attention and phobias. Dr. Adler has turned our daughter around and thinks only one more session is necessary. Finally, a doctor that is not motivated to retain patients for the money. Dr. Adler has clearly expressed to us that once you are her patient, she will always be there if we need her. Dr. Adler is a rare treasure.
