I really feel Dr. Scaccia was God sent. I first met Dr. Scaccia 22 years ago when I was 18. I was getting sick every month and my mom found his office somehow. He took out my tonsils, adenoids, redid my sinuses and performed a rhinoplasty at the same time. He was very thorough then and a perfectionist (but not at the cost of his patients) and he still is now. It took 20 years before I started getting any sickness symptoms back. I suffered for 2 years thinking I was just constantly getting sick and had a lingering stuffy nose. I’d go to drs and tell them that it felt like something was in my nose. No one even checked or suggested seeing an ENT.

I finally decided I needed to go to someone who I trusted to find the answers for me, that I wasn’t nuts and something else was going on. I remembered Dr. Scaccia and since he worked on me once before I called his office to see if he was in network. I called on a Saturday around 11am and was in his office by 1pm that same day. His staff is wonderful and some were still there from 22yrs ago. They Took the time to talk to me and to squeeze me in. Although he was not in-network I felt I needed to go. When he saw me, he spent over an hour with me and found a mess of polyps in my nose. He told me I needed surgery and the procedure of what I needed to get done if I decided to do it. It was a no brainer. He was confident I’d be breathing better than I had but that he was going to be conservative because they were so intertwined with my nasal cavity. He was still as thorough as I remember him being all those years ago.

I did the requested scans and ekgs and when I went back in to go over them, he had found my file from 22 years ago and my photos from before my surgery. I couldn’t believe he still had them! With two weeks, and right before xmas, I had the polyp surgery in his new OR. Everyone was great. Nurse Donna, my anesthesiologist and of course Dr Scaccia. I have since been back for my follow up debreavement sessions and can already breathe better. Sometimes you need someone in your corner and that person is Dr Scaccia. Thank you Dr Scaccia and staff for all that you do!

For all of you who are out there spending countless hours surfing the web and researching cosmetic surgeons, once you come across Dr Frank Scaccia your search should end.  Scheduled a consultation to personally meet with him and go over your options.  I guarantee you it'll be worth it.

My surgery took place Feb 12, 2021.  Today (Feb 24) - I kid you not - I have very little to no swelling and the bruising is totally.  I gone.

In July 2019 I had earlobe reduction and was very happy with the outcome so I decided to go for the neck lipo and chin implant.  I couldn't be happier with my ears, chin, neck and above all my surgeon who made it all happen.  I recommend him 100%

And BIG thank you to his wonderful staff.

Thank you Dr Scaccia and staff!!!

I would like to thanks Dr. Scaccia for finally resolving my sinus problems that I have suffered for many years. I always suffered from cronick year-round allergies due to sinusitis, post nasal drip, deviated septum. I always had a constant stuffy nose and inflammation which also led to multiple sinus infections. When made an appointment with Dr. Scaccia he properly accessed my specific conditions and provided me with details on the conditions can be fixed with surgery . After surgery everything has been great , finally I can breath normal through both nostrils. This also greatly improved my sleep . Thanks Dr.

I think Dr. Scaccia is an excellent surgeon. One thing I noticed was he is a perfectionist, and his goal is to get you to 100% recovery . 90 minute drive to his office, and results achieved were well worth it! Post surgery visits extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I cannot thank him enough for the excellent care the doctor and his staff has provided me. Dr. Scaccia is a “gifted surgeon.” God bless him.

Sincerely,
Patricia Schug (patient)

Meticulous surgeon that delivered my desired results.

I went to Dr. Scaccia mid 2018 for a consultation to have a chin augmentation. My chin was a little recessed and I wanted it to be a bit more prominent. I had a Rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Scaccia 10 years prior and he did an incredible job, so I knew I would get the results I wanted with my chin.

I scheduled surgery to have a chin implant through a submental incision a few months later. Surgery was quick and I was back to work within 5 days. No one could tell I had surgery but I did get more compliments on my looks subsequently.

This procedure accomplished everything I hoped to achieve and I am very satisfied with the results. I would recommend Dr. Scaccia if you're looking to have this procedure.

I am a nurse and VERY picky and researched earlobe reduction surgery and came across Dr Scaccia online. I was impressed by his reviews and when I called his office his receptionist told me how he was her hero in the revision surgery he did for her. When I met Dr Scaccia, I determined by his reviews and by him scoring the highest grade on his board certification exam that he was a genius. Upon meeting him, he denately displayed genius behavior, which can come across as a little eccentric but I’m familiar with being around geniuses. Well, to make a long story short, earlobe revision surgery is NOT a common surgery and it’s probably almost impossible to get the ears to be symmetrical . Dr Scaccia said he would “do his best”. He took his time and treated me as if I was going in for open heart surgery. One ear swelled much more than the other so I determined that they were going to be uneven. HOW WRONG I Was!!! After 2 months when all the swelling went down, my ears were perfectly symmetrical and looked like the ears of a 15 year old. It took 20 years off my age. I could wear my hair up and not be embarrassed at the size of my ears!! What an amazing genius this man is!!! He is a perfectionist and will give you MORE than you hope for! I’m thrilled we crossed paths! Love this doctor.. highly Recommend!

Dr. Scaccia and his staff are exceptional.
I had failed septo-rhinoplasty in 12/2016 with a different doctor and had nothing but problems since. My nasal septum collapsed and I could not breath out of the left side of my nose. Over the last 4 months I had gone to multiple ENT's including one of the most prestigious in the country, Dr. Kennedy of UPenn medicine in Philadelphia. He seemed to be my only hope but told me that even he could not perform the surgery required to fix my crooked septum which was causing the breathing problem, and added that 'I'd have a hard time finding anyone who would do it' as building my septum back up with grafts was so difficult, detailed and involved. He referred me to another UPenn doctor, Dr. Friedman, who vaguely suggested I come back for multiple mini surgeries over an extended period of time to try to fix the problem. I was not happy with this and set out on a search for experts in revision sinus and rhinoplasty surgery outside of the Philadelphia area and finally came upon Dr. Scaccia. As soon as I met him I knew he would help me. He examined me more thoroughly than any other doctor I had been to and said he could help me by performing this intricate surgery. I was blown away. My breathing had gotten so bad I actually had to pull my cheek to the side of my face all the time in order to open up the passage in my left nostril to get a good breath up my nose, but no one would try to attempt to fix it for me except Dr. Scaccia. And he did exactly what he said he would do. Within several weeks of meeting him he performed the surgery and immediately I could see and feel the difference. He also took the time to carefully place a graft to fix a depression I had on my nose which the previous surgeon had carved down to aggressively. It's only been a week and I cannot believe what I see and feel when it comes to the inside of my nose. It is totally open and honestly looks 100 percent better both on the inside and out.
I honestly feel he was the only doctor skilled enough to help me, and who really wanted to help me. As soon as you meet him you will know you are in the best of hands as his knowledge, experience and skill come across in his explanations and approach. I would recommend him to anyone I know.
Also, he has an exceptional staff, so so kind and caring. They go above and beyond any other office staff I've dealt with. This is very important in an office and it is a direct reflection of the quality of the practice.
