Very thorough assessment, he asked me lots of questions. He listened. He seems very knowledgeable and explained to me what our plan was to be. I have had serious problems with my hearing and health of one ear. I have been seen by many ENT's in Shreveport. I was not prescribed an antibiotic for the first time and I have hope Dr. Bosley will get to the bottom of my symptoms or be able to send me to someone or get some test that will get me to a better understanding of my problem. Dr Bosley is the best ENT in the Shreveport/Bossier area. He’s very thorough and always makes me feel better.

I rated the office staff personnel very poor because the billing staff member "Tammy" does not return calls and I have received a bill a year later which I think is poor management/billing. The wait time is absolutely outrageous and the physician never apologizes for the over an hour wait time. I would not recommend this office merely for the office staff and the wait time to see the doctor -- there are too many other doctors that one can choose from without having to wait so long and deal with unprofessional personnel.
