On 2/20/24 i got a suspicious TEXT message that i owe money to Boulder Radiologist and to "click this link". Looked like spam. I called the 1800 number in the text and i got to India and the guy said that is a call center for multiple companies and he start asking for my private personal information. Which i did NOT give him. The only time i went to Radiology was at the very beginning of January to Boulder Community Hospital. on 2/21/25 i called BCH financial office and talked to Shakira who told me she cannot help me with Boulder Radiologists. On the Boulder Radiologists website there is NO address, there is a phone number that sends you to India, an Instagram and Twitter with Messages DISABLED, a chat button which says Access Denied, and an email form that asks for an account number which i do not know https://msnllc.com/click2pay-support/. THERE IS NO WAY TO TALK TO A US BASED PERSON so i can verify if this is a scam or not. What is more disappointing is that i went to BCH Boulder Community Health and inside there , i dealt with this 3rd party company and nobody told me it is 3rd party
