Nice person except she doesn't really listen to you and talks over you. Felt like I was just a file number not a person who might actually have a real concern medically. If you don't have time to listen and hear my concerns I don't have time to take your advice.

The doctor herself has a great bedside manner. She definitely understands my major issues. Her receptionist is horrid. Her tone is condescending. The receptionist actually told me I would have to make two different appointments, one to have an exam and another to discuss my medication. Even when I am very sick the receptionist will not make a same day appointment. I asked in person, left a message for the nurse and they still did not write my prescriptions for the amount allowed by my insurance company. Frustrating.

I am a nurse and the doctor is very knowledgable, staff very friendly and helpful. My diagnosis was complicated and the whole office never gave up until they were able to help me. The doctor never made me feel like I was a bother when my health issues were not an easy diagnosis and her staff always have treated me with kindness and respect. Thanks to this office I am feeling much better!

I first used this doctor when my other doctor quit to practice with Hospice. She seemed very nice when I dealt with her one on one, but her staff was a nightmare. After a total of 10 phone calls trying to get medicine renewed, they still called it in to the wrong pharmacy instead of the one my insurance likes me to use which costs me three times the money. Then when I called in my pain medication and was on the third phone call trying to get that straight, (and after being without my hormone medicine due to the problem) I came to the end of my rope and said "Maybe I should find another Dr." The nurse very rudely told me to go ahead and do that. Then the Dr. called the pharmacy and canceled my pain medication telling them, "She is no longer our patient." She never spoke to me, she never asked my side of the story, she just dropped me and to be vindictive, canceled my pain meds. I don't call that any kind of a healer and I would not want someone like that as my physician.
