High turn over for staff. Seem lacking in training & experience, Staff is incompetent from scheduling to faxing refills in timely manner. Don’t return phone calls. Seems like they are gatekeepers to keep you from having any access to Dr. that doesn’t income a co- pay. Dr. Refers a lot and then doesn’t read reports. Often tells you a treatment plan but when nurse comes in she forgot to relay all information. Hard to get appointments but office is never crowded. You are usually the only one siting there. Lost al faith I. Her ability to effectively manage my care. Felt she no longer keeps current. Plus, no hospital affiliation so can’t admit you a hospital:

She is a kind person but along the way seems to have lost her passion.

They never get my pricing for my insurance copay correct and appear to charge different amount which makes me wonder if they are doing everything correctly or working around the system to get more money.

Dr. Revels is good but her staff is lacking. Around a year ago I had scheduled a wellness check in advance. When I arrived, no one was present. I then found out that everyone should have been contacted to reschedule because of a vacation that week.

I went today for a flight physical (having taken time off from work and driving an hour to get there), and was informed that I should have been told to complete some online form and I would need to reschedule. The next available date being a month later.

The staff here is horrible. They are rude and seem uneducated and unorganized. Dr. Revels sent in a nurse to see me after requesting to see her personally. She changed medication without notice. Nurse told me to go see a Chiropractor for back pain! What kind of “Doctor” says to basically go away and see a non-medical doctor. Avoid this practice at all costs!

I am so disgusted with the customer service that I received. I spoke with Maria her Office Manager and she hung up in my face.

Staff seemed a tad unprofessional, but I felt very at ease with Dr. Revels. She was very friendly, smiled, and listed to me. She also made recommendations. The staff seems young and a bit goofy. If I felt I had a life threatening illness, I would probably see a specialist or go to a hospital.

The staff is rude, disorganized, and doesn't return calls. In fact they failed to bill me or call me to let me know a payment was past due, but at my next appointment I was informed I couldn't see the doctor until I paid for my last visit. I had to come up with $150 on the spot, even though they couldn't find their invoice to prove that they had billed me. They wouldn't admit they made a mistake and allow me to pay later. I would have left and never returned, but I needed a doctor that day, I had no choice. Dr. Revels is nice, but she's very hurried and doesn't pay close attention to detail. She made mistakes with medications and didn't follow through with my care.

One of the best and polite doctor I have come across in a long time, very little waiting time to see her. She's a keeper,family and friends feel the same way.

Dr Revels is a very knowlegable and caring. She spends time listening and her staff have been good about responding to my calls. I do not understand the negative comments because she has been my physician for 15 years and I have never had an issue with her.

Dr.Revels is very unprofessional. Anytime you call the doctor and she answers the phone like she is the administrative staff and let you talk for more than 7 minutes acting like she is taking notes and then identifies herself as the doctor is "UNPROFESSIONAL". Anytime the doctor doesn't have the common courtesy to say bye when she hangs up in your face because you are just asking her to do her job, she is "UNPROFESSIONAL". Anytime the doctor makes you pay for a service to fax something to your insurance company and she states she will do it and never does it because "her fax machine doesn't work" and she tells you you have to fax it yourself, is "UNPROFESSIONAL". Who doesn't have a working fax machine at a doctors office? She was rude, is a habitual liar and I wouldn't trust her treating.
