My recent visit with Dr. Geeta Gupta at her Harvard medical office was absolutely horrible. Truly unpleasant and unprofessional. Was there for two hours and fifteen minutes and did not get all things addressed that needed to be. The front desk staff stop following up with me in my face to converse with another patient who did not want to wait their turn. And she had the audacity to tell me I could schedule to come back to finish what was not addressed as I sat waiting most of the time due to she was running two hours behind and no staff shared that with me so I could make the choice if I wanted to stay or reschedule before they took me to the room to be seen.
PLEASE AVOID DR. GEETA GUPTA OFFICE IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO GET PROFESSIONALISM & SOMEONE WHO IS COMPASSIONATE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS.
