Dr. Scott Phillips is thorough with his examination, kind with his approach to me, and persistent to resolve my throat and sinus issues. I highly recommend Dr. Phillips and his staff.

Dr. Philips is a good person to avoid unless you have some common ENT ailment. He lied to me and performed a surgery and botched it horribly. Sent me away post surgery and asked me to give the healing 3 months and if I was still having difficulty he would perform more tests and dig deeper. Point blank asked him to remember our conversation and then when I came back 3 months later he told me he could do nothing more and then proceeded to lie to me that he never said what he agreed to. I am absolutely miserable as a result of this operation. That was over a year ago and since I have been seeking relief elsewhere. Word to the wise. When someone like this butchers you no others will touch you regarding the damage done from the previous surgery. So now I have the original problem and all the mistakes he made. CAUTION: This man is out if his depth when it comes to truly diagnosing a problem.

the worst front office staff I've ever experienced in 65 years. Dr. Phillips wouldn't see me when I was 10 minutes late, even though 5 was waiting in line to check in. In the past I've waited for 2 hours to see him! Perhaps his Avon office is better....well they couldn't be worst than the Carmel Office staff. Just terrible.

My son was not recovered properly after surgery or taken care of during surgery and was admitted into ICU after surgery. They waited almost 6 hours to call an ambulance for him. My son may have permanent injuries from this. I would never recommend anyone coming to this place. Be very careful selecting someone to put your child under anesthesia.
