The dr is wonderful and very helpful. The STAFF on the other hand, Terrible! Not sure how they are kept on as employees. Every time I have an appointment or followup phonecalls there has been an incident with the staff. I do not pick up calls from RESTRICTED. would you?

LOVE her! she is smart, patient, kind and very open to working with the patient together on the health issues. I will always stay with this doc!! Only down side. I want her to see my mother, but she isn't able. :-(

I thought Dr. Christopher was going to be a great doctor, but just the other day I received a letter from her saying she wouldn't see me any more. There was no reason, and when I asked the staff why/what happened, I was told it was all in the letter. Uh, duh! No it wasn't! Why else would I be asking?!?! I'm so glad to see civilian doctors actually care about their doctors!!! I'm going back to the VA!!! At least there I know they won't drop me or at least not tell me why!!!

Pros: Smart, kind, helpful, great family doc. Cons: doesn't take kids under 6 years old.

Dr. Christipher is awesome. Now her staff on the other hand needs some work. I do not agree with a staff that sits and talks about patients behind the glass nor waits until you sit down to recognize your there to sign in. The Dr. is amazing but she may want to look into getting a better staff for the front desk. It may have been a bad day for them when I had my appointment but it was very unprofessional.
