Ruined my 5 year career with a company over a non narcotic medication i had been taking. Was punished for taking care of myself and being honest. He asked me no questions about the medication. He did no research and refused to work with me. Dr Donald P.Thiboduax turned my life upside for no reason. Put me behind with bills and child support. His selfishness and unwillingness to understand or see the truth of the situation affected everything and everyone including my children and caused stress, depression and anxieties in my life and my children's life. Thank you sir for stepping into my life out of nowhere turning it upside down for no fault of mine and punishing me for being honest and trying to take care of myself.

This is the worst doctor I have ever been to for a pre employment physical he does not listen to anything you say and made me sit around in my underware for the entire process even made me take my socks off had many physical s in the past and this is the first that had me do that,also wants info that has nothing to do with why you are there in the first place if you can avoid this doctor do so
