I went in for a bump on my tonsil and they performed a nasal endoscopy which was not needed or requested. My part of the bill was well over $200 for this unnecessary test. When I call and leave a message, my call is not returned. When I was finally able to talk to Tina in Billing, I'm told that they do this for all new patients. I could understand if that's what I came in for but it wasn't. This seems to me like an insurance and patient scam. And now I have to pay for this and they misdiagnosed the bump on my tonsil. A waste of money and time. It makes me sad that they get away with this.

Very helpful and was able to squeeze me in. Have been having problems with my sinuses for a long time and he was able to give me good advice and answers.
