She is the only physiatrist around us. We didn't get a quick appointment because the place where she works daily does not accept Oxford, so we had to visit the facility she visits only twice a month. There is no staff as such except the front desk, she was nice lady. We were running late and for some reason could not reach them over the phone, but no complaints from the front desk or Dr. Pici. We felt that Dr. Pici was thorough in evaluations. She took good amount of time for evaluations and discussion with us. Answered our questions without any remarks (because I asked her point blank if its 'necessary' to do what she is recommending). She explained her stand. She was willing to work in our schedule (because of upcoming travel plans). Felt like nice person to work with. I don't really have any complaints.

My son was never seen by the doctor, even after waiting for close to an hour. The staff never informed me that the doctor was running unreasonably late and when I asked to have my co-payment returned, I was told I would have to contact administration. Awful experience.
