Dr. Joffe has been my PCP for about 3 years. I went to her office based on a recommendation for another MD in her office, but that MD was not taking new patients. This was lucky for me since Dr. Joffe has been the perfect doctor. The wait is 5-10 minutes or less. She is never in a rush and shows real concern for my well being. She seems to effortlessly diagnose and treated any issues I've had and helps me understand everything. Very knowledgeable. I'm now an hour away and will still make the drive. Also, I lost my insurance and she really worked with me in providing affordable care and options. Very highly recommend.

I left the office completely satisfied with diagnosis and care. This doctor shows attention to details and explains the treatment. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends

I called for a consult on a bug bite, and she was extremely rude to me on the phone. I told her I did not have insurance and was not expecting a diagnosis, just advice on what I should do given my symptoms. She practically yelled at me that she could tell me nothing over the phone. I understand this, and I was not upset over this. I was upset at her unprofessional attitude and rudeness. There was no reason she should have spoken to me in this way. I was calm and reasonable. Again, I am not upset at her refusal to advise me over the phone, which was understandable. I cannot believe that she would speak to a patient this way. Based on my phone conversation with her, I could be vomiting blood and I would not go to this doctor.
